I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa, with a curiosity that always had me looking beyond the horizon. That curiosity eventually brought me to Vienna, Austria, where I've built a life and a career I'm really proud of.

I'm a designer and design leader with over 13 years of experience across brand, editorial, agency, and product design. I love the full picture: building and growing teams, creating design systems, embedding research into how a company works, and setting up the processes that let good design happen consistently. I also stay hands-on, contributing across interaction design, UX, creative direction, and go-to-market.

Most recently I've been working at the intersection of design systems and AI tooling, which is a space I find genuinely exciting.

Outside of work, you'll find me attempting ambitious bakes, buying yet another magazine to read in the sun, or planning my next trip. Travelling is where my design brain really comes alive. There's nothing quite like arriving somewhere new and immediately noticing the typography on street signs or the details in the architecture around you.
